Can a church protect children and minister to convicted sex offenders? This is a question that every church needs to consider. Of course, we know that no one is outside of the reach of God’s grace. At the same time, our primary responsibility in these situations is to the victims within the church and to those who could potentially be victimized. Simon Bass addresses this issue with clarity and offers a place to start for those faced with offenders wanting to join their congregation.
