Book Review – What We Believe by R.C. Sproul

If you would like to purchase a copy of What We Believe you can find it on Amazon by following this link.  This book was previously released in 1998 under the title Renewing Your Mind and can still be found on Amazon used at a lower price. The content is mostly the same but you won’t have the shiny new version with updates. That said, it is still a worthy option if money is an issue at this time.

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from Baker Books in exchange for an online review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. 1. 100% agree! A beautifully written creed and the most trusted theologian of our day. A great combo!

  2. Lenette

I love the Apostles Creed. We used to recite it a lot. Not so much anymore. I never really understood everything in it I guess except for at a very basic level. Even though there was a beauty to it I always felt disconnected from it. It felt like it was just a list of beliefs that I could recite if anyone asked what I believe. Parts of it are coming to life for me now.The resurrection of the body. That’s a biggie for me at this stage in life.

    • Lenette I always appreciate hearing from you and getting glimpses into your life. You are right about it being a beautiful creed. The depth of truth makes it all the more beautiful.

  3. I really need to read a book like this right now. I need something to ground me back in the word.

    • Lorre we’re praying for you!
