Lessons from Elisabeth Elliott

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. PLEASE READ MY DISCLOSURE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Over time, I have really come to appreciate Elisabeth Elliott. I see her as a woman filled with grace and peace. Her life is a picture of what it is to live and rest in Christ. I am thankful for the many resources available to tap into her wisdom. I came across this post at Flourish the other day, and thought I would share it and a couple other resources I enjoy. I pray they are as beneficial for you as they have been for me!

You can listen to her radio show “Gateway to Joy” on the BBN network.

And here are some parenting videos I found very practical and helpful:

  1. That was really good. Thank you Jami. I really love Elisabeth Elliot. She has taught me so much over the past year and even now still does through her radio broadcasts. I was so sad when she died :, ( I always listen to her podcasts when I am feeling like a big failure. She has a way of speaking get hard truths in such a loving way that I just melt.

  2. I don’t know how many times my wife sat down to play her show and I ended up being the one to learn something. My advice is when Mrs. Elliot speaks we should all listen.

  3. She got me on the very first one. Thy list be done. That was brutual. It hurt. But I needed it. Thanks Jami.

To be honest I have never heard of her. There wasn’t much talk of any women like this in my former church. Just Mary, Mother Theresa and an occasional saint from years gone by. She sounds delightful.

  5. Hiya Jami!!! I really needed this I just wanted to let u know. Okay bye! RENA!!!
